Biography

Mr. Hamrick's legal career began as a prosecutor in Northeast Florida, where he handled thousands of cases, including 27 jury trials. Upon entering private practice, Mr. Hamrick engaged in criminal appellate and post-conviction cases, where he litigated at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts, including the Florida Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Since joining Dreyer Foote, Mr. Hamrick's practice has focused on civil and criminal litigation and appeals.
