Experience:

Mr. Shanower was born on November 24, 1962 in Naperville, Illinois. A member of the law firm since graduating from law school, he is a partner with a general practice with special emphasis in civil litigation, creditor rights, collection law, real estate and condominium law. He has represented clients at all levels of Illinois courts including the Illinois Supreme Court, as well as in the federal courts at the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a court-appointed arbitrator for the Sixteenth and Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Courts of Kane and DuPage Counties (IL) respectively. In addition to his Illinois practice, he is a licensed Montana attorney. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois and Montana State Bar Associations, the Kane County (IL) Bar Association, the Illinois Creditor's and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Associations.
