A presence in Aurora since its founding in 1932 as Sears and Streit, the law firm is located at 1999 West Downer Place, Aurora, Illinois. The firm's primary service area encompasses the following counties: Kane, Kendall, DeKalb and DuPage. We also serve clients in Cook, Will, Lake, LaSalle, McHenry and Winnebago counties.
Currently, the firm consists of nine attorneys with over 215 years of collective legal experience. The attorneys have extensive trial experience in state and federal courts and have argued cases before the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. They also handle matters before various federal, state and local administrative agencies.
