Born May 11, 1932, in Sandwich, Illinois, Mr. Foote is the senior partner in the firm with over 45 years of legal experience. From 1965 to 1977, he was Corporation Counsel for the City of Aurora. He has represented clients in all levels of state courts, including the Illinois Supreme Court, U.S. District Court and U.S. Court of Appeals. His general practice concentrates in all areas of litigation, family law, real estate and zoning law. He is a member of the Illinois State and Kane County (IL) Bar Associations.
